Future Of Busking:
I appeared as a guest on Rob Jelly's BBC Essex show along with another busker to discuss the future of busking. This is how my career started, performing in local towns from age 14, and it majorly helped to improve my confidence and stage presence. Since the pandemic street performing hasn't been as popular, partly due to people carrying less cash. However, there is still absolutely a market for it and it's a great way to try out new songs and grow as an artist before gigging in venues. It is common now for regular buskers to have card machines or QR codes to tip them online.
It was great to have the opportunity to join the radio show and discuss something so important to me as a musician.
